One cup of frozen mango, one banana, & half of cup of coconut milk or your preferred base top with/ three teaspoons of honey, and blend. Add a quarter of blueberries as boba.

Cherry tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, & cucumber, raspberry balsamic vinaigrette. Drizzle olive oil over the pan & salmon season lightly with salt & pepper add a teaspoon of butter to each piece. Cook in the oven for 20 mins at 350°
